Vital Ingredients for making TOP SECRET Business recipes...

If you ever did a business degree at University you would have no doubt have written countless Plans for business. Plans are extremely useful for the success of any business and you could reduce your risk exponentially, just by having an effective plan for starting or managing your business. I myself find that there are only SEVEN tools you need to have, to devise a successful Business/Marketing plan. That is, you need:
  1. Introduction
  2. Situational Analysis
  3. Marketing Mix
  4. Promotions Plan
  5. Organisational Structure
  6. Budget and Plan of Action
  7. Conclusion
Over the next few weeks I will describe all of the above points and more, that you will need to cover when writing a winning Business plan. I hope that this will help you to understand how to plan your business instead of hiring some chump who thinks they know what your business and industry is all about.

Look out for them!
