It's an unbelieveably simple thing to do. I just cant believe why people can't do it for themselves. Hell! I could do it too. You just have to watch:
Keywords on google
Links and Site Rankings (of the sites you exchange links with)
Titles
Website Design
Copywriting
It couldn't get any more simple than that! Really, all it takes is hiring someone who has enough persistence and good research skills to find quality sites to exchange links with! Besides spending gratuitous amounts of money on an SEO professional to spend days finding people to exchange links with your site you might as well do it "in-house" - With your marketing and techy gurus.
